Invoices and Payments

Once you have completed your project, do not forget to provide us with your bill or invoice. Our billing data: European Translation Agency PROXIMUSS (Europejskie Biuro Tlumaczeń), ul. Tamka 40, 00-355 Warsaw, Tax ID: PL738-179-24-08. Send the bill or invoice the person, who ordered the project with you - do not send it to the Accounting Department. Our payment term is up to 30 days.

Quality Guidelines

We require any CAT to be used while translating for us. Once you have finished translating, make auto-check, read the text again and pay attention to the right spelling.

Delays

Unfortunately, we do not accept any delays. Please, make sure you are able to complete the project on time. We also require that you need to do at least 50% of the project within 50% of the deadline assigned for the project. If you have not reached this target, please contact us immediately.
